TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Individual Subscriptions

1.1 Household Use Allowed

Individual subscriptions to Art With Connie Herrick may be used by members of one household. This means that the adults and children living in the same home may share the subscription’s login to view the streaming videos.

1.2 No Sharing Outside the Household

The login credentials for an individual subscription may not be shared with anyone outside of your household, including:

• Friends
• Extended family not living in your home
• Other households
• Classrooms or groups
• Clubs, studios, or organizations

Sharing your login outside your household may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1.3 Streaming-Only

All videos are available by streaming only through the website, ConnieHerrick.com. They cannot be downloaded, saved, or recorded.

1.4 Access Ends When the Subscription Ends

Once your subscription expires, your household will no longer have access to the streaming content.

 

2. Group, Classroom & Institutional Site Licenses

2.1 Site License Eligibility

Schools, districts, studios, community centers, and other educational or organizational groups may purchase a site license for a one-year term.

A site license grants streaming access to the videos for the specific location(s) agreed upon at the time of purchase.

2.2 Authorized Locations Only

The login credentials provided under a site license may be used only by individuals who belong to the approved, agreed-upon location(s).

This means:

• A school site license may be used only by teachers, staff, and students at that specific school.
• A district site license may be used only by individuals within the approved schools or locations included in the license agreement.
• A studio or organization license is valid only for the location(s) explicitly stated in the purchase agreement.

2.3 No Sharing Outside Approved Locations

The login or access information associated with a site license may not be shared with:

• Other schools
• Other organizations
• Other campuses or buildings
• Other districts
• Individuals not associated with the approved site(s)
• Partner groups or institutions

Any sharing outside the agreed-upon locations is a violation of the license and may result in suspension or termination of access.

2.4 Additional Locations

If additional schools, campuses, or groups wish to use the content, each must purchase its own site license or be added to the existing agreement for an additional fee.

 

3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All videos, artwork, lessons, and materials on Art With Connie Herrick are protected by copyright. Subscriptions (individual or group) provide streaming-only access through our website.

You may not download, copy, or save any videos or content in any way.
All access to the content is provided through streaming via the website’s secure platform.

3.1 Streaming-Only Access

• Videos and materials are not downloadable.
• Screen recording, saving, copying, or capturing content in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to bypass streaming protections may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Access Ends When Subscription Ends

When your subscription or site license expires:

• You will no longer have access to any videos or content.
• Renewing your subscription restores access for the new term.

This helps ensure that the content remains current, secure, and available only to active subscribers.
